Refund policy

At Mediterranean Club, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, we want you to be happy with your order. We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:

• You received a damaged, defective, or misprinted item
• You received the wrong item or wrong size than what you ordered
• Your order arrived significantly different from its description

  Order cancellations
  Because items go into production quickly after ordering, cancellation requests must be made within 2–4 hours of purchase. Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you need to cancel, email [fabiokelly2010@yahoo.com] as soon as possible with your order number.

  Non-returnable situations

  • Buyer's remorse or sizing issues (please check our size chart before ordering)
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Claims made after the 14-day window.
